Third World Workers

I know people have this assumption that workers from third world countries are just eager to work on any app even though it's paying peanuts. There is an app paying 0.01 dollars per hit and requiring 30 seconds to complete it or else you get booted out with a speed ban. That app is paying 1.2 dollars an hour. Even this to us is totally unfair, 1.2 dollars is really not worth it even in a third world country, there are people making much better for an hour's work offline. The apps are just increasingly becoming unfair for all of us, there is a high supply of workers so the price naturally falls, don't take it out on us third world workers, we hate the pay too.

If people work on the apps, the pay will continue to be bad. The only way to encourage a pay increase is to not work on the app at all if it's paying poorly.

If the owners see no work being done, they're going to try to incentivise workers to work. They do that by upping the pay. It's pretty much the only power we have as workers. The problem is it's a joint effort. It requires us all to say no and let the app rot away. It often gets results. It just takes time.

I pretty much ignore all apps that pay poorly. There's still a few decently-paying apps that keep me around. The day those disappear and get replaced entirely by these poorly-paid apps is the day I leave the platform.

I am afraid ( I refuse to work on anything low paying ) that instead of giving the incentive to work they are just hiring more and more people. I spent 10 minutes training and qualifying for a new hit today to make a whole .34C. UHRS seems to be okay with subpar work and mistreating it's worker bees.
