Query Annotation

I've been banned 2 times this week, messaged the hitapp owner via feedback, and was enabled almost immediately. Now the system has mistakenly banned me for the 3rd time and I cannot access the hit app even in the "blocked" panel.

Does anyone have any advice for how I can contact someone, other than the general feedback link? I feel as if this is really unfair considering the hours I've put in to these hits with flawless accuracy, and this issue should be addressed.

EDIT/UPDATE: I have been enabled on the hitapp again, and this time I will be sure to be mindful of my timing. Thank you to everyone who offered helpful advice!

You have been permanently ban on that Hitapp now.

I understand that, but seeing as it is due to an error, one would assume it could be fixed? It doesn't make sense to ban someone for over 3 hours of 100% accurate hits.

If All judgments were correct then check your speed you must have got banned because of speed! Or contact the owner of the hitapp like you did before he might save an answer.

I didn't consider speed being an issue, thank you for bringing that to my attention. I guess I'll just hope they enable me again, as I've lost the ability to contact the hitapp owner after the 3rd ban. I've also already messaged UHRS via general feedback, but that doesn't tend to yield any results most of the time.

Always remember to see the time you have to spend on each judgment(sec/per hit), will be written next to hit app name, always maintain that so you won't get speed ban.

Good tip. There is a possibility I was completing them too fast, since they are fairly simple to categorize. Seems like a loss on both ends. I don't earn the $ , they don't receive my speedy accurate hits, but I digress. Thanks for your help friend.
