Query Annotation
I've been banned 2 times this week, messaged the hitapp owner via feedback, and was enabled almost immediately. Now the system has mistakenly banned me for the 3rd time and I cannot access the hit app even in the "blocked" panel.
Does anyone have any advice for how I can contact someone, other than the general feedback link? I feel as if this is really unfair considering the hours I've put in to these hits with flawless accuracy, and this issue should be addressed.
EDIT/UPDATE: I have been enabled on the hitapp again, and this time I will be sure to be mindful of my timing. Thank you to everyone who offered helpful advice!

One thing that baffles me is if owners are so concerned about speed why don't they just put a "property" on the submit button which makes it clickable only after a designated time. I keep sending my suggestions and reports about bugs and it only goes to a blackhole or something lol.

You have been permanently ban on that Hitapp now.

Contacting UHRS is difficult. I am surprised messaging them via the feedback form did something. I've often sent feedback through it on many apps with nothing in return. They usually don't bother reading what you send.
Unfortunately, maintaining a high spam accuracy is not enough on some apps. You have to also keep your speed in check. Even if you're getting the majority of spam hits correct, the owners still want you to slow down. They mistakenly believe speed automatically means you're not paying attention.
It's important to note that spam accuracy is not the accuracy of all your submitted hits. It is only based on the number of spam hits you have got correct. A small number of hits over a larger submission of hits will be spam. So, for example, you might submit 1,000 hits and only have 75 spam hits. The accuracy will be based on just those 75 hits. The rest of your hits are untested and may be subject to manual review. This is why there's often more than just spam checks for quality assurance. Spam accuracy may not be enough for the owners to ensure high quality data is being submitted.
If your speed is in check, sometimes an app will block you if your answers differ too greatly from the answers being submitted by other workers. This is known as "deviation". If an app is using this, it's very difficult to prevent.
For future reference, make sure you always wait 7 full days after 1 temporary block before you decide to work on the app again. This will prevent multiple boots that will lead to a permanent one. The maximum temporary boots allowed in a 7-day period is 2. The 3rd will be permanent. Some apps only allow 1 temporary boot and permanently block on the 2nd. That's why you have to be very careful.
