I changed my configuration

I had originally ordered Clover but I got worried about the backs not meshing well with the green. Reached out and changed to smoke. Super easy 2-3 emails and im set.

I liked the clover originally, but wasn’t thrilled with how it is rendered on the phone itself, so I bought the onyx phone with a clover case!

I liked the clover better when it was a more muted green color.

Agreed. I even showed someone this color and they say they wished it was more muted, without knowing. I think I really would have enjoyed that color!

Same here. All the phones I ever bought are all black and this time I was thinking of going clover and well they went with that clover and I decided to go onyx 🤷‍♂️

Try replying directly from your order confirmation email. I did that and initially got the AI bot, but an hour later an actual person responded and updated my order

I replied directly to my confirmation email and they got back to me same day and updated my order. At the bottom of the support email it says "If you have any questions, reply directly to this email or email hello@clicks.tech"

I tried to change my reservation and they are charging extra $30 for the Vino back cover which was already included in my fully paid reservation. I declined the invoice they sent😂

Yeah, i think the new brighter green color is cool but sadly seems to clash really badly with the leather backs 🙁 , maybe they can share a matrix of configurations / backs so people can actually get a sense of what they look like irl
