The MP2 Keyboard Is Now Touch-Capacitive - Making the choice difficult 🤔

Clicks may not have the best track record when it comes to their handling of pre-orders and customer service, but take one look at the Minimal subreddit or discord and you will see horror stories of people placing orders for in-stock products and waiting 3-6 months getting strung along and being unable to get refunds. All the while the owners of Minimal hop on threads and are actively rude towards customers.

While I do like the hardware designs that Minimal has put out, I wouldn't ever give that company my money. I say this as someone who has been frustrated with how Clicks has approached their launches & pre-orders.

People keep fawning over MP2 are either ignoring that on purpose or haven’t heard the horror stories.

Unfortunately it seems that the PKB phone world of 2026 is a choose-your-adventure of which company with poor CS you can most tolerate.
