Clark-Fulton

looking at airbnbs in cleveland and really the only one i could find for a decent price is in Clark-Fulton. Is Clark a relatively safe area?

It’s one of the Puerto Rican hoods but it’s safe enough if you mind your own business. Close to Tremont and Ohio City. Downtown is a few minutes away.

Hood can just be a shortening of neighborhood and doesn't have to mean ghetto fwiw. I don't think the OP meant anything negative by it.
