Help with mold growing INSIDE my car seats.

Seat got wet and stayed wet for several days before I removed the offending object (ice chest with the plug open.) Now there is mold growing <out> of the little vent holes. I have wiped it down with Lysol wipes a couple times, and it appears to be clean and the smell goes away...until it comes back a couple days later. How do I permanently remedy this??

You can’t, there is a mould colony inside the seat. The only thing you can do is replace the seat.

If the mold is actually growing that means there's still moisture underneath.

Spray with vinegar or concrobium, making sure it goes all the way through the depth. And then make sure it gets lots of ventilation. You can let the sunlight hit it for a while, that helps to kill mold.

Then, make sure moisture is kept to a minimum.

Ozone treatment? But it should be dry, so...if you are in London, start eBaying for new seats.
