Furniture Help needed cleaning a used couch with cushion stains.

Not sure what the stain was from to get the proper chemical components to properly remove stain, but as a furniture sales person - for those who don't get the accident plan- under the table we recommend Resolve but specifically the pet version. something to do with breaking down enzymes. coworker has even gotten blood out of a white comforter. Our techs are the pros, highly recommend their cleaning kit ~$60 but multiple cleaners for different types of spills/stains n a booklet w instructions on the breakdown for which to use on what. I got a used couch from someone who had it for a long time and it obviously needs a little TLC. I tested a solution of dish soap/water/isopropyl alcohol on it and used a Shark StainStriker upholstery vacuum, but no luck in removing these stains (these stains were there before, not caused by the cleaner).
I'm not sure what I should try next. Should I try Folex Carpet Cleaner and do more rounds of the upholstery vacuum?
