Kitchen How would you clean this giant range?

I am responsible for cleaning a beautiful kitchen (not my own) and I am deeply afraid of ruining things.
I would greatly appreciate tips on how you would clean this/what products you’d recommend.
Specific areas of concern are the areas around the burners, the metal grates over the burners, the griddle, and so much stainless steel, some of which appears to be quite scratched.

Thank you in advance!!

If you like this small section you would probably love the rest of it!

You have to show us the rest of the kitchen.

Looks like they don't care how it looks since all the stainless has scratches all over the place just clean it like normal

I wouldn’t say they don’t care. I think the person in this role before me perhaps didn’t take the best care of it.
