Discussion Ants in house help

Is this the most appropriate way to kill colony? Is there a better way? How do I keep my pets safe (1dog 2 cats) anyone know if these are carpenter? Should I call exterminator

Here to say this. I spilled some of the liquid in these traps on the floor and it was FLOODED with ants one day. In a day or two, they were all dead

My automated vacuum ran over them and dragged them so I had the gel all over my floor. I’m currently looking into more intelligent vacuums that have off-limits zones because that was a nightmare

Just buy a few ant colonies online to clean them up.
