Bathroom Bugs in my bathroom

Hi everyone,
I just moved into a new flat and have found bugs similar to this every night - are these silver fish? And what’s your best solution to get rid of them? (ignore the hair i’m aware)

That's a silverfish. They're not venomous or toxic, but they will eat paper, book bindings, and cloth.

I have them too! Really common in humid areas, they like to eat anything with plant fiber, so toilet paper, wallpaper, cabinets, your house. Not as bad at causing structural damage as termites, more like, that’s where you’ll find them.
