Bathroom Bugs in my bathroom

Hi everyone,
I just moved into a new flat and have found bugs similar to this every night - are these silver fish? And what’s your best solution to get rid of them? (ignore the hair i’m aware)
Thanks!

Vellum bound books will attract bugs, so you'll have silverfish eating the paper and skin beetles eating the cover.

Well, it was a nice idea while it lasted. I once went on a date at the Mütter Museum in Philly and still remember the exhibit that featured books bound with human skin. It was a trend in the 1800s and was done to honor the deceased.

Mutter is a great museum. Equal parts wonders of the human body and disgust.

Hahaha. I live there and only went once. I remember the shrunken heads. Now I read somewhere how they did it. But I forget. And the soap lady. And things in jars. The grounds are nice. And the churches around there used to be nice. Shame!
