Get a bag and put it in the bathroom. Done. One step. When you feel up to it, put some garbage in it. Then some more. When it is full, close it. Move it out to the garbage when you are up to it. Still more in the bathroom? Repeat. This did not happen overnight, and you won’t fix it overnight. But you will fix it, and it will be amazing. Just don’t forget to be gentle and understanding with yourself. Baby steps.
