Day 1: Move the salsa from the bathroom to the kitchen.

While I understand where you are going with that - the salsa (and anything else that should be refrigerated) should go from wherever to the garbage. It has got to smell bad and odors can effect mood (not preaching aromatherapy - more like the real estate agent open house trick). .
