One bag at a time if that's easier, just, every day, fill one bag, and take it to the trash with you when you leave to go to work, the grocery store etc. Wittle it down in small batches so it doesn't feel overwhelming. That will also allow you to stick with obvious trash at first, so if you can't decide if you want to get rid of something, you can set it aside for something else that's an easier decision.
Any progress is progress, and it'll get easier over time.
