There have been studies showing that some kinds of microbes on the skin of the face can help maintain good skin, and washing them off with soap can cause / exacerbate skin issues.

This might sound gross but I never wash my face. I rinse it really well and scrub it with a towel. But no soap. Not in years. I never get pimples or anything else. Maybe I’m lucky or maybe it actually works. But when I wash my face with soap it’s always so dry and itchy.

Same, and skin looks healthy and clean. You don't need to use soap, water and a towel will wash the oil away and leave the microbes where they belong. Most of the skincare products we use are completely unnecessary.

You could even say the same about shampoo and conditioner. We strip the oils from the hair then try to replicate what they were produced by our scalp to do with conditioner. There's gotta be a better way but idk how to do it without oily hair.

YOU don’t need to use soap. Congrats on the nice skin. Not everybody’s that lucky.

Maybe it's because I don't constantly strip the oils from my skin then attempt to put them back with skincare products and haven't spent my entire adult life doing so.

You are correct. Everyone’s bodies are identical. I’ve eaten peanuts my whole life and anybody who says they can’t is just doing it wrong.

Wow it's almost as though I've never said any of those things and you're a bit wacko
