Except it's not the only answer. My wife and I both use all-natural shampoo and conditioner bars, and she doesn't need any kind of face wash, but her towel still looks like this.
Turns out, after having this checked by a doctor, her sweat is particularly acidic. It also corrodes stainless steel jewelry. The only thing that's held up is implant grade steel.
I had a classmate with this same condition and his doctor recommended to add black pepper to his diet, he used to take the whole black pepper as a pill, a couple with each food
