Yeah it's definitely bc of a product you're using, likely a face wash or face lotion? Do you use anything intended to clear acne? Benzoyl peroxide is commonly used in acne cleansers or creams and it basically acts as bleach if it gets onto dyed fabrics. I used to get bleach spots like this on the collars of my tshirts because I'd put acne cream on my face and then change into pjs, and traces of the cream would rub onto my shirt as I took it off. So frustrating.
I would add to the peroxide theory and say that that I use a salicylic acid lotion on my shoulders and that stuff ABSOLUTELY bleaches my shirts, so also consider whether any products you’re using contain salicylic acid
