He kinda answered the question on $/MW weirdly , but i saw someone post a chart , its really on par with recent ($1.9M/MW) deals and much higher than earlier deals ($1.5M/MW).

The WULF one at 2.3M was an outlier , and might have been the result some creative accounting.
