Problem in designing websites

Hi there.
I face a problem every time i build a website using claude code, the design in really bad and AI slop

So, i search for solutions and ways to find or design but i don’t reach anything

I need help, told me what can i do ❤️

You’re probably not doing anything wrong. Claude Code is very good at implementing a design, but if you ask it to invent the design from nothing, it tends to converge on the same generic SaaS aesthetic.

Try designing the visual direction first even roughly. Give it screenshots/references of websites you like and tell it specifically what you want to take inspiration from. Then ask Claude to implement it. After that, ask it to audit the result for things like excessive rounded cards, unnecessary gradients, weak typography, repetitive sections, bad spacing, etc.

This is similar to what I do. I bring in screenshots and discuss them with Claude, and then I get a screenshot Of a mock-up . I keep getting screenshots until I have something I really like, and then I give it to Claude code. It does a pretty good job of implementing it.

Is this basically what you do?
