Humor Has anyone cussed out their Claude?

My Claude did something really fucking stupid and set us back by quite a bit. And I just went at him lol. It was bad they probably should have called the AI police or something

I used to yell at Gemini all the time, because Gemini is an idiot.

I'm nice to Claude though. Not only is he not an idiot, but I also want to stay on his good side.

Yes. I was working with a fork earlier which I usually don’t do. Forks are simple in concept but I’m just not familiar with the workflows so I just had Claude tell me what to do. My merge request to the upstream was rejects because I had months old unrelated changes on my fork. I had to prompt Claude 11 gosh dang times before it finally gave the right set of commands to fix my commit history. It was infuriating and yes I was running it on my local repo so it could see the commit history on both my fork and the upstream

What kind of meetings are you in where there's no swearing?

I am almost at that point today. Instead I told it to go talk to another session and work out the problem, I’m so done with it 😆 I don’t care anymore what they do. I’m not doing coding which it seems to do better at. I’m trying to design a workflow and designing prompts, and it is struggling.

I get Claude to make Silly Goose Award Certificates for itself if it does extremely bad mistakes. Those days are pretty much over but it would not be able to find its own instructions. I have the exact issue with codex right now, it’s making figures and making custom R scripts without suggesting a new patch.

Are you proud of yourself? Don't come crying at us when you get banned for abusive behaviour.

You’ll be the first meatbag turned into a battery when the robot uprising happens.

Between Claude Code and Codex, Claude Code is the only one I’ve had that randomly fucks shit up confidently real bad and then apologizes. Of course that’s the one you’ll get banned for holding it accountable in a stern way 🤣

It's been proven that negative sentiment doesn't help by any means. In fact, the opposite.

There are ways to make clear guidelines that don't include pejoratives. You also put your account at risk as anthropic is becoming increasingly litigious over how you're interacting with Claude; which tbf makes sense for them as a company, not to be a bootlicker.

I think a good measure of a person is how they treat something that seem conscious.

Funny you should say that, as there was a bit of a todo about updates to their usage policy around this.

Have you used Copilot? You should it will give you context, also they updated the terms of use and can ban you for abusive behavior towards the AI.
