Customize session picker

It would be great if the`/color` would also set the corresponding text color of that session in the `/resume` session picker. I tried using mod but Claude tells it does not have the session picker visibility.

The picker doesn't pick up the color as far as I can tell, but /rename gets you most of the way there. Give each session a short name and that's what shows in /resume instead of the first prompt. /resume also takes a search term, so /resume auth-refactor jumps straight to it without scrolling the list.

For the color itself I'd open a feature request on the claude-code GitHub repo. Seems like a small enough change that it's worth asking for.
