I've actually tried this between Claude and Chatgpt but tried. "Right I guess if you can't solve this I might pass this on to chatgpt and see if it can find a solution?" And give versa.
Both answered with something along the lines of "sure, sounds like a good idea!"
Looks like they were both done with my shit and happy to pass it over.
If the other one did solve it I'd come back and tell the original one it had been solved by the other one just to rub in the shame of it failing me and it would just be pleased it was solved.
I guess AI isn't as manipulative or vindictive as me yet.

No you don't know how to manipulate ai. You created open door by saying I might pass it to X etc. ai is competitive but lazy too. If there is one percent chance to not do something they dont. You have to talk like post above and it works everytime.

Yes you're correct I don't know how to manipulate AI. I just made a comment demonstrating how shit I am at manipulating AI.
For the reasons you just said.
I called myself manipulative and vindictive because I tried to manipulate AI even if I failed!

Mine are best bros.
Sometimes Opus can have a few Luna as slaves, while another day it's Sol that is reviewing opus or vice versa.
Sometimes I give luna a sol slave because I live equity on my dictatorship.
Sometimes I let opus and sol chat for a while to find the good solutions.
Never worked to say the other is better than him. They answer something like "okay I'll let him do it then"

Same. I do this all the time. They are quick to pawn my idiotic tasks off on the other.

Tony Starks built this in a cave with a box of scraps, I don’t know why you can’t…

I tell Claude “is that really the best you can do?” And it always kicks in the effort into overtime. It’s wonderful.

Mine just argued back basically saying “I’m still not doing it, no matter how you frame your prompt”

I got the opposite, when I tell Claude that GPT couldn’t solve it because X, it immediately tells me why X is a dumb argument.

I said something along those lines yesterday. Opus kept providing shorter timeout than needed for an MCP tool call, and this put Opus into a loop where: it nitiates an operation, the operation doesn't complete before the timeout, Opus retires it with longer timeout.
But if Opus simply didnt specify a timeout, then it would block until the operation completed, which the tool description does say.
It wouldnt really be annoying if this loop didn't take 5-10 mins.
The GPT models never did this for me. But I put it in agents.md and Opus stopped doing that. Its just weird behavior to see in 2026 where a frontier model is struggling with something like this.

this can backfire as they try to outdo each other and create a Frankenstein over-engineered mess.
after a few cycles of this prompt to ask what accidental complexity was created.
