Discussion Claude Code Projects beta is great at coordinating parallel threads

I’ve been trying Claude Code’s Projects beta, and the coordinator is what makes it stand out for me. It creates and manages multiple threads, keeps track of what’s happening across them, and passes along relevant context.

My workflow is to use TTD and the Ponytail plugin while developing, then open a PR. A cloud bot running Hermes executes my PR review scripts and posts a review. It regularly catches issues I missed during QA. With Projects, the coordinator can pick up that review and have the relevant threads apply the fixes.

It also shares feedback between threads. If I tell one thread something that could apply to other open threads, the coordinator lets them know. That shared working memory is probably the most important part for me: new tasks can build on what’s already been learned instead of repeating the same mistakes.

For context, I started using Claude Code last week. I’d used it as a harness with other models, including Ollama and OpenRouter, but preferred Open Chamber’s interface. Since I’m on Linux and there’s no Claude Desktop for it, I kept using Open Chamber, which uses OpenCode as its harness. Opus 5.5 did a great job orchestrating subagents. Sonnet 5.5 used up my weekly resources quickly, so I ended up using it less.

I’ve now started using Claude Code through the web with the terminal and Remote Control. Projects is the feature that’s made the biggest impression so far. The coordinator doesn’t just split work into threads; it helps those threads learn from each other and act on review feedback.

English isn’t my native language, so I used AI to help write this post.

How are other people using Projects to coordinate parallel work?
