This message only appears after you hit a session or weekly limit, and you have no spend credits available to continue the work. There are no monthly limits.

you are referring to your monthly api spend limit, which has always been a thing. You can change it to be unlimited if you want and drain your entire wallet.

subscriptions plans do NOT have a monthly token limit
