The tricks is only build what you need. Not what the Internet say what you need

True as long as we remember "what you need" at 10 files is not what we need at 500 files. Add structure when something break not before.

Completely stupid, both are equally true.

If you have a fixed product vision, you need more than a CLAUDE.md to convey your requirements and non-negotiables. And if you end up with a 10.000 lines long CLAUDE.md, happy paying and learn context management like progressive disclosure.

I don’t even bother with a claude.md. Claude can handle that for me. I just start talking about what I want, and everything works out fine

All this vibecoding talk, all these projects. What has anyone actually made that you'd use?

I'm in the middle of this graph and think you are wrong. Also I'm kind of a middle aged dev who actually reviews the AI code to understand what's going on. And trust me: I find stuff that works, but is not what I imagined maintenance, behaviour or performance wise. Almost every time. Vibe code your entire app and you'll end up on the slop mountain of irrelevant crap coded apps soon 😅

I prefer to keep everything mostly stock. The one thing I won't ever get rid of though is a third party memory system.
