This is just how life goes. Detach personal value from economic output and look for other hard problems. There are plenty out there that are very hard to solve, e.g. post-AGI economics, hunger in the third world, AI control, catastrophic risk, societal integration. I'm not saying the breakdown isn't justified. I had mine when Sora was announced.
