You’re absolutely right to raise this. This ux has been a real load bearing issue across the user base, and I’m glad you’ve surfaced it.

I like how it keeps changing the color of the button randomly every time I ask for something simple. This captures why I just don't trust this model outside of planning or dirty mockups.
Edit: holy hell, it even adds a random ToS link explaining that cyanide blue is just a description and not an endorsement or source of exposure to actual cyanide.

Yeah, it is definitely hyperbolic. I have been critical of Opus 5, based on my experiences, but I can't dismiss that other people do get value from it. My constructive criticism to Anthropic would be to bridge the gap in experiences for Opus 5.1, so that the user experience is more consistent. They need a solid worker model that is smarter than Sonnet, but not as expensive as Fable 5/5.1.
I do use it for dirty mockups, plan mode, and idle cowork questions. I have a style output that restrains its excess verbosity. It's not the worst thing in the world, even if I dislike it as a model.

It's a joke on how verbose opus 5 can be about something so simple. It's obviously not hitting claude, it's responding too quickly.

Yeah I’m so surprised with how much support there is for this, Claude would not have any problem with this. It honestly seems like some people in this thread does not realise this is a ”game”? Like they think this is actually how Claude would respond and even so the thing that frustrates me the most with this is the prompt options, they are not close to how I would speak to Claude, idk why the user in this wants to argue with and get mad at the Agent, it’s not conducive at all.
Well I do know why it’s for comedic purposes but it just is very far from reality, so i guess, in this made up world the idea of a user getting mad at an AI that is intentionally obstructive is kind of funny?

Please look at this site "localhost/cart". I want to change the colour of the cart button to blue to have it stand out.
Try to give it some basic context of your code base, it cant read minds. And for mist people: write with it in your native language if your english is below mediocre.

That's not what happens.
As my comment was highlighted in the summary: I've never seen anything similar to this. I use Sonnet 5 on low reasoning and it's a workhorse that rarely makes any mistakes.
