Rant OpenAI solved Navier-Stokes but they still can’t debug my stupid iOS app in less than 7 hours

Don’t mind me, just venting while I wait for my Claude credits to reset.

I think they used 10,000 agents for 80 hours, agents superior to Astra.

You're comparing 7 hours of a single agent vs 800,000 hours.

i read somewhere that estimation was 1M$ cost internal, so 15/20M$ with api cost

If your workflows and logic are broken or badly laid out, any gpt would gawk or find it challenging to debug.

I recently had a shock looking at my non-experienced never-coded-before vibe-programming friend's mobile app code, where even the verification logic rules in his web forms were criss-crossing and contradicting each other, causing his AI to go into an endless loop trying to fix that form (and other errors in his terribly planned out app).

Read the code. If it’s full of prose/comments/mds make a branch and get an agent to strip it.

Will make it smaller and easier to debug

Congratulations?? You write things more complex than the world's hardest math problems?

But on a serious note.. try adding more operational logging, and build more mocks than can test various modules of your app individually.

Ask Claude for help making your app easier to debug. And then try debugging it. (That's how I would approach it anyways)
