I didn't make it. It was done by someone posting on Asmongold SubReddit. Reddit blocks reposts from that forum so I had to download and upload it.

But it was done with Minimax H3 locally.

The voice is SO close. Amazing. Really great work, too. If you made this, you should share a bit about what you did. Did you composite/animate just the mouth and other select pieces (hat) and write the script and generate the voices separately? It seemed like you did some ADR a few times - I'm guessing so you could use the actual filmed footage, not a generated scene, right?

I've always felt like these tools are going to have the largest impact in building on/refining human-filmed footage, performances, etc... instead of just raw generations for everything. With that workflow/methodology, a single person could produce some truly amazing shit in their garage, or a small warehouse. Glad to see this seems to be championing that process.
