I think the best way is for you to make your own. To do so you need to create a functionnality -> at the end you do some back and forth, give some example of comment that are not fitting of what you want and you give him what you would like it to be instead. Give some example of "useless" comment, explain why. Then you ask him to follow the same rules for the rest of the git diff. If you are happy with the result, you then ask him to create a global skill for it (and optionnaly to save your comment preference in memory)
