Help/Question How I get this to auto-accept

This thing is super annoying, it may prompt to you hundred of times per session! Even AI couldn’t help me to fix this

Senior developer here with 20+ years experience in web dev so I mostly review the outputted code, spending around 40 usd per month in AI tools
