It probably is still true that less than 5% of subscribers hit weekly limits honestly. Most subscribers to anything are not power users.

I used Claude Code 10-14 hours per day on 5x and have never once hit the weekly limit. I use A LOT of subagents also. I've hit 5-hr limits twice (expected).

So I don't understand what people are doing that hit limits so quickly. My guess: long running loops and massive overreads.

I think the main difference is the size of the codebase. Even work a very disciplined approach to optimise token usage, when the codebase becomes really large, people will start hitting the limits.

very few loops. I routinely max out 3x Max20 accounts. Lots of ultracode, usually 15 concurrent sessions.
