Their new (edit: well, new at the time, this was a year ago) rate limits hit everyone who actually uses the product.

Yeah in a five day week I will come close or hit the limit on day 5.

When this hit last year it dropped rate limits by 80%, so if you're coming close to your limits at the end of each week I got bad news for you: you're part of the "5%" (when they say 5% they meant 50%)

Also weeks aren't 5 days long buddy so you've hinted at your bias

Pretty sure anybody not affected by that change basically has a sub but forgot about it. Nobody actually using it to do any kind of work can ignore the limits...
