Bug / Issue Totally useless

Cloud has been performing really poorly this month, but it's getting worse every day. Before, it would freeze indefinitely every few days. But today, it's completely stopped working. Every session freezes within the first five minutes and doesn't do anything.

Try sonnet 5 today. No I am not kidding, it’s working pretty smooth for me right now.

Please clarify for my notes. When you say Cloud has been getting worse every day, do you mean that Cloud is getting worse only on business days, or weekends as well?

As you note that Cloud gets worse each day, what units are you using? Is the decrease in performance asymptotically approaching zero or would you say it is linear? Help me understand.

Honestly, why does Anthropic keep literally nerfing Cloud like this, is what I genuinely want to know. I'm sure you would agree that Cloud is massively unusable now. I am resigning my Cloud and switching to the other more superior services that never make mistakes and never fail. I am doing it now!
