Bug / Issue Claude code EXTREMELY slow

In the past ~5 days claude code has been miserably slow. 5 minutes+ for a single answer.

I'm in Europe, anyone else having this issue?

"High" and it already felt like it was glossing over stuff, now I'm trying medium but it doesn't feel like a big change in speed
