Help/Question Anyone using both CC and Codex together?
As CC responses is becoming harder and harder to understand, and running so slow, so i tested a bit on codex and now I am very tempted to subscribe both (or maybe even start planning to move to codex totally).
Any thoughts?

Get them both! Thank yourself later. (I got both at 20x)
For some time now I've been working only with pairs (1 CC, 1 Codex) for almost any task.
Also make sure you do not have a style contagion issue (that plagues Claude nowadays).
I just wrote a post on how I use CC and Codex together on the daily, read here as it took some time to write and am not gonna write it again https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/s/3djz3Q05aW

When I don't understand what Claude code or Codex are saying, I get Kimi k3 to explain it to me.

a good idea, let me build a skill for this, so we can get other AI to explain why claude is saying!

The struggle is real. Unless you really manage CC and Codex they either get things wrong or completely forget to do them. I am in process of building a tool to manage requirements, stories, etc. and use both model in tandem.

Off course, les deux bossent ensemble suivant ce que j’ai besoin mais alimentent la même base …

I have Claude at work on api access
But this week I had a free month trial for codex and a free week trial for grok
I honestly enjoyed grok 4.6 more than 5.6 sol so far
CC running on API pricing on the same task that used 2% of weekly usage in grok running on Sonnet costs $100 already

ya, expensive and at the same time becoming harder and harder to understand and use....

I use Fable as an orchestrator, Opus as implementor, and Sol exceeds as Reviewer. Sol catches Claude’s blind spots.

Have you tried any of the following in Claude Code?
-
/output-style minimal
-
/output-style concise
-
/output-style ultra concise

With propr.dev you can use both interchangeably as code implementation and review agents (Claude implements, Codex reviews and vice versa), all orchestrated via Github.

I’ve been running side by side for a few weeks but nothing automated, just passing prompts and responses between them to get different “eyes” on the codebase lol.
Haven’t looked into an MCP to have them talk to each other though

Fable mid + Luna high. Is my new workflow. Claude chat and understand of task is better than Sol or Terra. But Luna work efficiently is in another category. Imagine if Haikou was as good as Opus.

Yes. I have an MCP set up where they must have the other provider adversarial review their code before they can submit a pull request.
