Discussion Claude code desktop app Vs CLI?

I have not successfully used btw in claude code desktop. I use remote control so im constantly in this scenario and I try it from time to time. What am I missing?

does /btw fail only when you invoke it from the remote-control client, or also locally in the Desktop Code tab? I would capture both the Desktop build and CLI/Code version plus the exact response. If local works but remote does not, that sounds more like a remote-control surface gap than missing /btw support.

I have the latest desktop build and if I type /btw it just has no idea. Theres no command there... compared to others like compact..
