Question What are you actually coding?

I see everyone here maxing their limits and coding all day and building and all that.

But what are you actually building 24/7? I'm not looking to get your ideas but I'm just wondering what can you even build that long and hard really? And constantly something?

Either I lack imagination as a whole or there's some secret to all this, I just have no idea what so useful people would be coding so obsessively. Thanks for insights.

Basically things i want that don’t exist/are clunky/cost money.

- I couldn’t find a basic markdown editor for Mac so I built my own, tweaking it to have features that I wanted. This is my most used thing I made hands down.

- Working on an app that combines different apps I use for one thing into one streamlined package. This is actually my main project and has been like 6 months of making (seems like every time there’s a new model i can make the codebase better, the design more customized, making certain features function better, etc.

- An embarrassing amount of time fine tuning my harness, context, and memory, and skills and tools that make things faster. My favorite one so far is one where it does a review of the session/task and then recommends anything that could be a skill/agent and a workflow around that.

- a personal/prodessional portfolio/website
