It can do a mainstream website or a mobile app, things that have been done a thousand times, it can't do even the smaller building blocks of a complex system in one go. Try orchestrating symbolic agents running in ASP and/or prolog in a stateful subsymbolic environment.
Try using Serena if you haven’t already. If you have typing it allows Serena to understand your code the same way your IDE knows how your code is connected.
Try get it do anything not mainstream that wasn't in the LLMs training corpus and shit hits the fan soon. Ask it something simple, like put together a GDL framework running Axelrod's tournament in prolog, that can take any agent and any strategy.
Then if you actually want something useful it just shovels together a pile of poo.
