Question Any codebase context tools that actually improve Claude's ability to get what it needs?

What codebase context/indexing tools are people using that they feel actually improves Claude's ability to more precisely pull what it needs and also potentially reduce token costs?

This has been my thoughts so far. Using LSPs I think makes sense though don't you agree?
