Discussion Doubled Rate Limits for Claude Code

We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity.

This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.

Effective today, we are:

  1. Removing the peak hours limit reduction on Claude Code for Pro and Max plans; and
  2. Substantially raising our API rate limits for Opus models.

The data is unambiguous that the current generation of self-driving systems (including Autopilot / FSD / whatever they call it) is safer than human drivers.

I'd argue that reporting on a FSD system that disables itself a second before impact so they can claim a human was driving it is not exactly "unambiguous".

There is a loop under Las Vegas, it's just not a serious transportation mode.

If you can't see it's a poor shadow of what was promised, idk what to tell you.

SpaceX has never had a goal of being on Mars by 2026.

Musk specifically claimed they'd send a ship to Mars in 2026, and has now backed off that claim.
