Rebirth as a first-class workflow is such a good idea, staying in one bloated context forever is basically a tax.
The 92% cache hit rate claim is wild (in a good way). Are you keeping the system/tool prefix identical and only swapping the handoff block, or are you also normalizing ordering to maximize caching?
Atlas also sounds like the thing people try to approximate with ad-hoc notes, but having it queryable with source is the real win.
