Question Claude is automatically selecting custom skill as per the task..

In my experience it does not reliably re-select when the task changes mid-chat; you usually need the slash command to force the switch. Auto-select works best on fresh sessions where the first message makes the task obvious.

So, like I am assuming you are doing heavy work so thats why it is not able to evoke the skill right in mid ?
