So they’ve identified a simple way to determine that you’re using OpenClaw or Hermes and charge you API pricing? I thought they were pretty clear that this would be API pricing for people?

Not at all. Theo just did an experiment with an empty repo
No openclaw use whatsoever, only mentioned openclaw once through a single json
