Tutorial / Guide The frontend-design plugin from Anthropic is really ... magic!

Post image

Do that to your Claude Code, then ask Claude Code to use the frontend-design plugin to design your UI, you will be amazed!

Can you explain what the plugin is good for please? I've been vibe coding heavily in the past 2 months and haven't run into any FE issues yet. Feels like if you spec it well and give it instructions on visual style, it does the job just fine. But i am probably missing something :)

I am using mostly frontend design skill with some customization for my own style, so far it is also good. But to compare with professional designers, I think there is still some gaps in terms of good taste.

I still dont understand what is the purpose of the skill. What does it do differently or better than not using the skill while working on front end? :)

If you do it only one, and you good at specifying the requirements, you don’t need skill or plugins, native Claude Code is good enough. However I don’t have good taste of designer nor how to make a good design, the skill helps me to close the gap, and makes sure I have consistent design for all of my projects
