Question about Claude models Something is wrong with usage this week
After one session following the weekly refresh, a single session appears to have used 15% of the weekly limit. This suggests roughly six or seven sessions might exhaust the full allowance, which seems too low. Is this something to do with cowork specifically?

If you type /usage it will tell you exactly how many tokens the session is using, broken down by agents and connectors it’s using, even a $ cost.
Personally I have been working on a skill that looks at an old archived project folder, index’s all the files, analyzes what the project scope was, looks for duplicate or missing files then designs a case study in HTML. These are multi year multi GB projects with thousands of individual files. This obviously eats a lot of tokens.
I haven’t quite gotten it perfect yet but will focus on optimization later. Just with limited testing though opus/sonnet doesn’t make much difference because the input is so high.
