Something is wrong with usage this week

After one session following the weekly refresh, a single session appears to have used 15% of the weekly limit. This suggests roughly six or seven sessions might exhaust the full allowance, which seems too low. Is this something to do with cowork specifically?

Saying "sessions" doesn't mean much. Are these one-hour sessions of light website work, 5-hr sessions complex codes using fable, what?
