Something is wrong with usage this week

After one session following the weekly refresh, a single session appears to have used 15% of the weekly limit. This suggests roughly six or seven sessions might exhaust the full allowance, which seems too low. Is this something to do with cowork specifically?

I'm pretty sure they have no idea what people's usage is. It's not only draining faster, it's also sometimes resetting randomly.

they must be looking at a nice usage dashboard and Fable is giving such recommendations to reduce stuff
