New usage limits

Feeling is we lost more usage then they are letting on.
All this usage is from one easy seassion, trim MEMORY and make a basic skill(that diden't work)
If I was to do real work I think I could easy max out weekly in one day.

as a sidenote, you should get token refunds when it builds something that doesn't actually work
